CountTogether is a freemium service that allows users to create, manage and share counters. The basic service is available for free. Additional Pro features can be unlocked through in-app purchases. The service works without registration and enables real-time synchronization between multiple participants.

3. Usage Rules

When using CountTogether, you commit to:

  • Use the service only for legal purposes
  • Not create offensive, discriminatory or illegal content
  • Respect the rights of other users
  • Not engage in spam or abuse activities
  • Not use the service for commercial purposes without permission

4. Availability

We strive for high availability of the service, but cannot guarantee 100% availability. Maintenance work and technical problems can lead to temporary outages.

5. Data Storage

CountTogether only stores counter data temporarily. Inactive counters are automatically deleted after a certain time. Permanent storage is not guaranteed.

Sentry Error Monitoring

To improve app stability and fix technical issues, we use Sentry for error monitoring. This service collects technical error information when the app encounters problems. No personal data is transmitted to Sentry - only technical error details that help us diagnose and fix issues.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or availability of the information and functions provided.

Use is at your own risk. We are not liable for damage caused by the use or non-use of the service, unless this is based on intentional or grossly negligent behavior on our part.

We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time. Changes will be published on this page and take effect upon publication.

You can terminate use at any time. We reserve the right to block access for users who violate these terms.

These terms of use are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Niederkassel, Germany.
